Financial Wellness | Retirement Readiness
A very consistent message we hear as we work with business owners is how deeply you care about the people you work with every day. However, over time some of your staff may begin to see you almost as a “financial parent” versus an employer. What is the right level of support you should provide?
Our goal in working with closely held businesses is to provide an additional level of planning around Financial Wellness. Our educational programs on a variety of topics inspire and encourage employees to take full control of their financial future. Many employers allow us to bring our educational workshops into the work place and even provide meeting space to meet on “company time.”We have found when employees have a clear plan and path for their own retirement everyone benefits. By providing a wide range of topics, employees self-select the topics that are of most interest to them. The following is a partial list of the kind of workshops we provide based on life cycle of their financial planning needs.
